The department of anesthesia and critical care medicine at KRH provides high quality anesthesia care for the full spectrum of medical and surgical indication seen at referral institution and manage high dependency unit (HDU) or critically ill patients

The department has:

• one specialist in anesthesia and critical care, consultant Anesthesiologist
• Four anesthetists (one with bachelor, three with advanced diploma)

• Management of an anesthesia activities
• Pre-operative patients screening
• Per and post-operatory patient’s management
• Pain management
• HDU/ICU management
• Training and supervision of the health professionals
• Research
