The General Surgery unit is organized as follows:
1. Emergency unit:
We are a dedicated and qualified team that provides care to patients with both trauma and non trauma emergency surgical conditions. The team is functional seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
The conditions we manage include but are not limited to blunt and penetrating abdominal and thoracic injuries, intra-abdominal infections, necrotizing soft tissue infections, bowel obstruction,…
2. Elective Unit:
We provide care to patients with non emergent surgical conditions. In addition to this, the team takes care of patients with gastro-intestinal tract cancers.

To enhance our services, 2 surgical camp activities were done and we look forward to conducting others.
